APRIL IS NATIONAL POETRY MONTH AND          NATIONAL GARDENING MONTHKid-friendly garden,Family Garden,Gardening with children

GARDEN POETRY CONTEST

The National Garden Association has teamed up with Magnetic Poetry® to sponsor their first online Garden Poetry Contest. The contest is open to both adults and children whose muses are inspired by the ups and downs of gardening and the joys and tribulations of working with plants. Prizes will be awarded in two categories: Kids and Classrooms (100 awards), and Home Gardeners (25 awards). Winning poems will be featured in galleries on the National Gardening Association and Magnetic Poetry® Web sites. Each winner will receive a Poetry Stones Kit (retail value: $49.95).
