Using the handout and the symbol key, write the appropriate symbol in the box on the handout where the tree is located.

Arbor Day is April 30, 2010. Arbor Day is America’s National Tree Holiday. This is the day we set aside to plant trees, educate people about the importance of trees, and honor the role trees play in our daily lives.
