Higgins PTO Membership Form

Dear Parents,

Becoming a member of the Higgins PTO will give you the opportunity to take an active role in your child’s middle school experience. Our membership volunteers are the reason we have been so successful. We welcome everyone to become involved. You are under no obligation to attend the monthly meetings; there are lots of other ways you can help. Please take a few minutes to review and fill out the form and return it with your child to their homeroom teacher or to the PTO. A $5.00 donation is requested (but not required), payable by cash or check to the Higgins PTO (donations are used toward Hospitality at the monthly meetings).  We look forward to your involvement. We all make a difference, no matter how big the role, so even if it is helping out at one event, baking for the craft fair, participating in the fundraising or attending meetings and sharing your thoughts and ideas, we welcome everyone and thank you for your contributions.
