TITLE I SCHOOLS  TYPE of PROGRAM
Carroll School  School-wide Program
Welch School    School-wide Program
Brown School  Targeted Assistance Program (Kindergarten, Grade 1)

School-wide Programs permit an eligible school to use Title I funds in combination with State and local resources and most other federal education program funds to upgrade the entire educational program of the school.
Targeted Assistance Program Plans
are one in which individual students in a school are targeted to receive Title I services.

Title I Purpose:   As reauthorized under the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001, Title I provides resources to local school districts
to assist low achieving students in high poverty schools to meet the state's challenging academic standards.
