Remember, any issues with technology in your classroom or office should be logged with the help desk by dialing HELP (4357) from any phone or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you try to log a help desk request with one of our direct lines or emails and we are on vacation or out sick, it could be a long time before you request is addressed or even discovered!
